Order preparation and delivery times

• All orders except those personalized are prepared within 48 working hours from the date of order confirmation. This may vary during sales or promotion seasons. Orders containing customized products have a specific preparation time that is communicated during the purchase process.
• Orders placed on Friday after 13:00, on Saturday or Sunday will be prepared the following Monday (including orders with express shipping).
• Express delivery orders placed from Thursday afternoon will be handed over to the carrier the following Monday.
• IMPORTANT: Carriers do not make deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

We are not responsible for those factors external to Sastree Ltd that may delay or prevent a delivery and are not covered by our logistics partners

In relation to the products, Sastree Ltd has made an effort to display the colors of the items as accurately as possible. However, the color of the items shown on the screen may be subject to variations depending on the quality of your computer monitor. In this regard, Sastree Ltd cannot guarantee that the colors that appear on your monitor are completely adjusted to reality.

PRICE AND DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination. The exact shipping price will be calculated when each item in added to the Cart and will appear on the page that summarizes the purchase before the order confirmation, before accepting the purchase and before entering the payment details. In any case, the shipping costs valid will be those that appear at the time of placing the order. We strive to find the best prices at all times.

We have a free shipping promotion to mainland Spain for orders over 30€ (VAT included) and to the European Union for orders over 60€ (VAT included).

The delivery time is estimated to be up to 3 days (mainland Spain) and up to 4 days (international). Delivery times are estimated and may vary for factors beyond Sastree’s control. Sastree is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier of postal service.

We do our best to reduce shipping times while maintaining the highest quality. In any case, sometimes things can happen during deliveries, this is why we appreciate you writing us in case there is any problem.
