Our pieces are made of MDF wood (recycled wood) with walnut veneer certified by FSC, painted with acrylic or ceramic paints and some are varnished.

, please avoid showering or bathing with the parts as they may get damaged. If you don’t want to meet Gizmo’s older siblings, please keep the pieces away from water.

If any piece gets stained, use a slightly damp cloth to clean it. Do not use abrasive products as they may affect the quality of the paint.

It is not common, but if you break an earring or necklace as a result of a factory defect, please write to us at info@backup.sastree.com attaching a photo and indicating your order number, we will contact you quickly to solve the problem.
